Refund policy

You may return a new unused Babuebaby Carrier in its original packaging within 5 days of receipt for a full refund, less the original shipping fee. The customer will also be responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item to Babuebaby. If the original packaging is not returned with the product or is not in like new condition, an additional packaging fee of $10 will be taken from the refund amount.
